How to place an order?

To place an order:

Finish adding items to your cart You can choose to proceed with the payment process on our website or through PayPal. If you wish to continue with the payment process on our website, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen. If you wish to continue through PayPal, click the PayPal button. You will be transferred to the customer information page. You will be asked to enter: Email Address Name Address If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Don't forget to click the "Apply" button to calculate the discount and apply it to your order. Continue by clicking the "Continue with shipping method" button. Make sure you have entered the correct delivery address (if different from the billing address). Once complete, click "Continue with payment method." You will be asked to enter payment details. You can indicate that the delivery and billing details are the same, if applicable. Once you have completed the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be directed to a screen that provides an order summary and on-screen confirmation, as well as a second e-mail confirmation. If you experience any difficulties during the checkout process, please feel free to contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to service@shapingodd.com.

What happens if items are missing or wrong when I receive my order?

If items are missing or shipped incorrectly, please contact us at service@shapingodd.com. Please quote the transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size must be less than 1MB). We will be happy to send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will not ask you to return the item that was sent to you in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know if my order has been sent successfully?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and purchase details.

I want to change the items I ordered. What do I need to do?

Order changes are allowed until 11:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, -7 GMT) on the day of your order. You can contact us at service@shapingodd.com to request a change.
